Been founded in June of 2001, Rosinda it is an excellent sample of tradition conjugation and gastronomy. The love to the kitchen and the antiques took to its proprietor, Alberto González, to cconvert the farm house in that he was born in a relating of the good food and the best treatment. And everything it in a natural frame of incomparable beauty and to scarce kilometers of the capital of Galicia, Santiago of Compostela.

After two years of incessant work and infinite illusion, the marriage formed by Alberto González and Mª Luz López converted the originate family house and its alpendres in a restaurant-museum, where the diners can enjoy tradition and well-being at the same time.

The facilities conserve in great measure the structures and materials of the original constructions, built at the beginning of the XX century . Decorated so much in its interior as in its exterior with useful of typical farm of Galicia and with old pieces of craft,

Located in a natural environment, in PONTE, to 1500 meters of the Recreational Area - Fluvial of CHAYÁN (Counsel of Trazo) to 5 kilómetros of Santiago of Compostela.

For the surroundings, in bicycle or on foot, walks can be done for and make senderistics routes, or to enjoy the bathroom and the country food in the Recreational Area - Fluvial next to the House, as well as to practice the sport fishing beside the Tambre River.
